Once work has commenced, labor costs incurred are not refundable.


4. Refund Eligibility Conditions

  • The service has not been fully delivered or substantially completed

  • No violation of our Terms of Service has occurred

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance

  • Payments tied to completed milestones are non-refundable

  • Any work already performed will be deducted from the refundable amount

If a project is terminated by the client after work has begun, the client remains responsible for all completed work and incurred costs up to the termination date.


7. Delays and Client Responsibilities

Refunds will not be issued for delays caused by:

  • Failure to provide required information, content, or approvals

  • Changes in scope or repeated revisions requested by the client

  • Unresponsiveness or lack of communication from the client

  • External factors beyond our reasonable control

In such cases, project timelines may be adjusted, but payments remain non-refundable.


8. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare and exceptional cases, we may consider a partial refund at our sole discretion if:

  • A material failure to deliver the agreed service occurs due solely to our fault

  • The issue cannot be reasonably resolved through correction or revision

Any goodwill or discretionary refund does not establish a precedent or obligation for future cases.


9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us constitutes a violation of this Refund Policy.

If a chargeback is filed:

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately

  • Any outstanding work will be halted

  • Additional documentation may be submitted to the payment processor

  • Administrative and dispute-handling fees may apply

Clients are encouraged to contact us directly to resolve concerns before escalating to a payment provider.


10. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, you must:

  2. Include your full name, business name (if applicable), and contact details

  3. Provide proof of purchase or transaction reference

  • Review time may take up to 10–14 business days

  • Approved refunds are processed using the original payment method where possible

  • Processing times depend on the payment provider and financial institution

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment processors
